Glyphid Brood Nexus

The Glyphid Brood Nexus (also called a "Spawner" by the dwarves) is a hostile creature found on Hoxxes IV.
It appears as a large, brown mass of pulsating organic matter with what appears to be a "mouth" of sorts on its topside. It is rooted to the ground by numerous thin appendages jutting out the sides of its bottom. A set of four "eyes" can be found on the sides of its mass, said eyes having dark green sclerae and glowing yellow pupils.
It is a stationary creature type that spawns Glyphid Spawns. The Brood Nexus spawns in large open caves, and can be found in any biome.
Combat
The Brood Nexus has no attack of its own, relying on its own tankiness and endlessly producing Glyphid Spawns to defend itself.
On death, the Brood Nexus explodes into a rain of multiple Glyphid Spawns. If destroyed while frozen, it will not release any Spawns.
Like most stationary enemies, the only Brood Nexuses that appear in a mission will be the only ones players will encounter, and no more will spawn when they are killed.

Breakable Weakpoints
The Brood Nexus possess 4 eyes, unlike regular weakpoints, they are breakable. They have a base health of 300, with a special scaling and can only be damaged directly (i.e. not by Area Damage).
Unlike most breakable weakpoints, weakpoint damage counts towards damage dealt to break them. Additionally, unlike most weakpoints, they still grant their weakpoint bonus when the Brood Nexus is frozen, resulting in a total x6 multiplier.
Upon dealing 300 damage or more to an eye, it will explode, dealing 600 damage to the Nexus. This explosion is not affected by the frozen damage multiplier.
