Wiki Update

Hi all,

this is my first contribution to any wiki ever so thanks for that! :) Now onto what I want to suggest, I think it is almost a core identity of wikis in my POV that there exists a change log history at the bottom of each page for relevant nerfs/buffs/updates that happen to the game so we can see a trend/history of the content.
