The Experimental Plasma Charger is one of the weapons available to the Driller in DRG Survivor. It is unlocked by reaching Rank 27 on the Driller.

Notable Quirks

The EPC has the projectile tag, and thus is nominally affected by firerate. It does, however, have a clip size of 1, meaning the usefulness of such upgrades is somewhat limited.
